1. If you have a County Court judgment and want us to enforce it for you, we need to transfer it up to the High Court for enforcement...

...send it to us with a completed Enforcement Application Form and a cheque for £50.00 made payable to HMCS for the court fees (HMCS is the acronym for Her Majestys Courts Service). We'll do the rest by completing form N293A and getting it stamped by the issuing court.

BUT because delay can be caused by a few county court offices taking a long time to stamp and return Part 2 of the N293A to us you can save time by doing it yourself. Download a copy of our Completing an N293A Without Tears Pack and follow the simple instructions included in the pack.

Dont worry if you are still puzzled, ring us on 0161 925 1800 and we'll talk you through it.

3. If you are the claimant and have an unsatisfied County Court (or any other court) judgment or order and dont know what to do next...

...either send it to us with an Enforcement Application Form completed as far as you can and we will get in touch with you by telephone or email (as you prefer) to tell you what else is needed. Or call us first on 0161 925 1800 and we will help.
Helpful hint...
If you have a judgment, order or award which is not a county court judgment for a sum of money it will almost certainly save time if you ring us on 0161 925 1800 and ask to speak to one of our High Court Enforcement Officers.

We are proud to have the best recovery rates of the High Court enforcement offices who publish their rates and obviously we want to keep it that way.

Our Transfer Up Service is free but above all it is fast and efficient.
